We are so thrilled with the progress on this project in the L Lake wetland and along Mud Creek in Port Franks! Thanks to NCC’s Luke King for providing photos of the work done over the last couple of months in areas which are inaccessible to the average person. It’s easy to see the wonderful transformation while driving along Outer Drive, but lots more has been happening out of sight! In 2019 we took our first bite of the huge problem at L Lake and with our partners in restoration, a small army of volunteers, persistence and hard work we are turning the tide! Now we wait to see what comes up this spring. . .
